Laser CO2

Laser CO2

What Is
Laser Co2?

Laser CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) is an advanced skin resurfacing treatment that uses a carbon dioxide laser to remove layers of skin with precision. This laser treatment is highly effective for reducing wrinkles, scars, warts, enlarged oil glands, and other skin imperfections.

By targeting the skin's surface, the CO2 laser promotes the growth of new, healthier skin cells and stimulates collagen production, leading to a smoother, firmer, and more youthful appearance.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

The number of Laser CO2 treatment sessions you need depends on your specific skin concerns and goals. Generally, most patients require 1 to 3 sessions, spaced several weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Your dermatologist will provide a personalized treatment plan based on your skin condition and desired outcomes.

What to expect?

Before the Laser CO2 treatment, you'll have a consultation to assess your skin and prepare appropriately. During the procedure, a CO2 laser targets damaged skin areas, which may cause a warming or tingling sensation, often with a topical anesthetic applied. Post-treatment, expect redness, swelling, and a sunburn-like feeling that subsides in a few days to weeks, with full healing taking several weeks. Follow aftercare instructions carefully, including moisturizing and sun protection. Initial improvements are visible within weeks, with optimal results developing over several months. Multiple sessions may be required for the best outcome.

How Does Our Laser Co2 Treatment Work?

Our Laser CO2 treatment works by using a carbon dioxide laser to precisely remove the outer layers of damaged skin. During the procedure, short, concentrated beams of light target specific skin areas, vaporizing the damaged cells layer by layer. This process stimulates the production of new skin cells and collagen, leading to smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin.

The treatment begins with a consultation to tailor the procedure to your skin type and concerns. A topical anesthetic is applied to minimize discomfort during the session.
